Mr Kelvin Kwek started his business during the Asian financial crisis in 1999 and garnered his first million by end 2000.  Before venturing into this business, Mr Kwek was the Regional Sales Director with Otari Inc, a company that manufactures audio/video duplicating machines.  He was subsequently head-hunted by BASF Magnetics (a subsidiary of BASF Chemical in Germany) to take charge of its Asia Pacific operations.

He is a very outstanding, successful & capable businessman who runs a group of business locally as well as the Asia Pacific region.

With his great wealth of accumulated business experiences and capability and foresights to recognize business opportunities as well as the ability to anticipate challenges, he is able to turn obstacles around into cutting edge opportunities.

Ever the selfless person, Mr Kwek has put to good use his business experience and commercial acumen in helping other companies to grow in sales and grooming a handful of business associates to become General Managers holding key positions in their own companies in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. 

In 2006, he was the Management Consultant to a Taiwan based company, Chuu Feng International Ltd to setup the International E-Commerce platform that springboard from Singapore. Provide virtual storefront on websites with online catalogs, buy and sell via on line marketplace, gather demographic data through web contacts and social media, use of electronic data interchange, the business-to-business (B2B) exchange of data and transactions. Prospective and established customers by e-mail, and provide secure business transactions.

In 2008, he was appointed the Chief Operating Officer for World Connection International Ltd and help to setup and manage an on-line shopping mall. These provide a platform for small business owners to establish their business network in providing products and services through both on-line and physical channel.

It utilizes business-to-consumer (B2C) online shopping. It helps to  increase in retailers by offering online store interfaces for consumers. These creates a wealth of new market footprint coverage opportunities for stores that can appropriately cater to offshore market demands and service requirements.

In 2010, he was appointed the Group Chief Operating Officer of a Hong Kong based company Oriana International Ltd responsible for group operation in Hong Kong, China, Singapore & United Kingdom for products ranging from Steel Housing, Medical Equipments, Skin Care products to Garbage Disposable System and Water Purification System.

He leads the strategic planning process, formulated the corporate vision and strategic direction, initiate growth strategies, approve all major financial management and new product development initiatives, provide strategic guidance on operations, direct capital and creation efforts.who had successfully build high-performance Executive Teams and leading sophisticated manufacturing and service organizations. 

A strategic visionary with a clear sense of purpose and urgency when faced with diverse situational challenges during periods of both declining sales and rapid growth.  Skilled at establishing operational excellence within culturally diverse environments, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies, and planning/executing multi-faceted global business development campaigns designed to improve market share and gross revenue which eventually helped the company to be listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

From 2010- Present, he has been a Corporate Strategist & Management Consultant helping in the re-structuring, strategic planning, marketing and branding of companies both locally and Asia Pacific Regions.

Mr Kwek’s experiences include Corporate Vision & Strategic/Operational Planning, Joint Ventures & Strategic Business Partnerships, Reorganization & Turnaround Management, Cross-Border Trade & Finance Transactions, Acquisitions/Assimilation, Divestitures & Mergers, Re-engineering Operations & Process Improvement, Negotiating/Bidding Large Government Contracts, Global Market Penetration & Pricing Strategies, Cross-Border Trade & Finance Transactions, Cost Reduction/Containment & Profit Optimization and Forecasting & Budgeting (Operating & Capital)

His heart goes out to people who are in need and believes in giving back to society where he has joined the Lions Club of Singapore and became the President of the Lions Club of Singapore Sommerville and thereafter the Zone Chairman and has received numerous awards.

Of course, he is also very dynamic, a man full of charms, charisma, very inspiring and empowering, revitalizing, motivational, enthusiastic and full of FIRE.
